Booking Rehearsal and Class Space

Join the many companies, artists, teachers, and community members at HHAC!

We offer 6 bookable spaces suitable for private voice lessons to theatrical rehearsals to dance classes to gala events. HHAC has the space for you! Learn more about each of our unique spaces below.

To book space at HHAC, you must first become a Registered User by filling out this form. Once you’ve filled out this short form, you will be emailed our User Agreement and Space Rules for you to read and sign. Once that’s all squared, you will be given a link with which you can self-book rehearsal and class space.

HHAC STRICTLY PROHIBITS:

  • Smoking (including electronic vapes) and active candles or incense in any part of the building.

  • Eating or drinking (except water) in any space without prior written permission. Fees apply.

  • Glitter, powder, sand, or any other disruptive substances in any part of the HHAC Building.

  • Hanging any materials, equipment, or persons from the ceiling.

  • Amplified and percussive instruments without prior written permission. 

  • Clients must enter and exit quietly. Sound levels must be kept at a reasonable level in the common areas, including hallways. If studio sound and music levels are deemed too loud by management, clients will be asked to adjust their activities.

  • Unauthorized access to offices and storage areas.

  • Solicitation to tenant offices. 

  • HHAC prohibits receiving Client mail, packages, and deliveries without prior authorization.

  • Adjusting window shades and curtains. Please request assistance from HHAC Staff for these items. Closing of shades in some studios must be arranged in advance. 

  • Outside equipment, sets, props, furniture, or other objects/substances (including tape, pushpins, staples, etc.) on walls or floors without prior written permission.

  • Pets or animals. Vested Service animals are permitted. A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Under Title II and Title II of the ADA, Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are NOT considered service animals.

  • Hate speech of any kind, verbal or written.

  • Verbal, physical, or written (including electronic communications) discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or lack thereof, or military status to or about any HHAC staff member, other clients, or their guests and attendees. 

  • Verbal, physical, or written (including electronic communications) sexual harassment to any HHAC staff member, other clients, or their guests and attendees. 

  • Breaking any city, state, or federal law.

Users are responsible for replacing and/or repairing any damage to spaces, common areas, equipment, fixtures, or other property in the building resulting from your booking..

Houghton Hall Arts Community is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property brought to HHAC by the Renter, their representatives or their Associates. Security cameras are in use at all times.
